design/handoff/project/{tokens.css,sites/tokens.css}
Replace verbatim copies of the design tokens with @import re-exports
pointing at VipinKaushik/styles/handoff/tokens.css (single source of
truth as of 2026-05-24). Preserve two Storybook-only aliases
(—scheme-graha-render, —scheme-graha-vedic) so the existing
SkyMandala.jsx and MotionSection.jsx Storybook references keep
rendering without edits.
