The 2026-06-11 switch to G-LTV3S4SEGH (commit 8b1b18d) was based on a
stale decision — that property does not exist in the GA4 account.
Events fired by VipinKaushik between 2026-06-11 and 2026-06-21 were
silently dropping.

Surfaced today while bringing up the motherboard-analytics Admin API
plan/apply loop (only G-V2DQB0MSGQ / numeric 536874435 came back from
properties.list). VK PR #160 reverts the code side; this commit reverts
the workspace docs side.

tooling + the propagation sidecar. This completes it:
