Prashna is removed as a client-facing service tier, as a backend collection
/ queue / dashboard surface, and as a future feature ambition. The term
never matched the actual offering: lib/pricing.ts exposes only Consultation
(15/30 min) + Vastu. Prashna was never priced, client-named, or
user-tested. Vipin had previously signalled “technical names confused him;
Prashna deferred” (DECISIONS 2026-03-19); this formalises the retirement.

Workspace-side artifacts for the VK env-propagation work that lands as the
companion VipinKaushik PR.

  • docs/plans/2026-06-11-env-propagation-vk-scoped.md: revised plan after
    the original 4-phase vercel-mb proxy architecture was reviewed by a
    Claude adversarial subagent and judged cargo-cult. Single-phase VK-scoped
    change instead: vercel.env.example + prebuild lint + vercel env pull
    for the local-dev banner fix. …

Supersedes the ‘never advertised’ framing on VIPIN.md:214 which (a) had
drifted from reality — the V1 production hero shipped a primary
‘Book a consultation →’ CTA on 2026-05-31 (commit 45c5bc0) — and
(b) read as hidden rather than restrained, making every booking-path
improvement a re-litigation.

New stance: three required properties.

  • visible: one primary CTA above the fold, repeated discreetly at
    decision points (Pricing, optionally FAQ). Path obvious, verb neutral.
  • not urgent: forbids countdowns, scarcity, decision-moment alerts,
    exit-intent popups, ‘first call free’, ‘limited time’. …

docs(measurement): add SkyMandala exploration events to §6.3 · 2834d4f

Replace the earlier umbrella panchanga_interact {action} plan with five
granular events covering homepage panchang/wheel exploration. Granular
events let GA4 funnel reports answer “did exploration precede booking”
without parsing a string param.

Events: mandala_graha_select, mandala_aspecter_change, mandala_date_change,
mandala_location_change, panchang_element_open.

Wired in VipinKaushik/lib/analytics.ts + call sites (commit be052a9).

docs(measurement): reverse GA4 canonical to G-LTV3S4SEGH · 195d5b7

Updates MEASUREMENT.md (architecture diagram, GSC link target, admin
checklist, §11 open question, revision log), DECISIONS.md (appended
2026-06-11 reversal with Affects tag), and TODOS.md (GSC dependency).

Code-side swap landed in VipinKaushik production branch.
